Registration Agreement
By submitting the registration form, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, reviewed, and fully agreed to and accepted the Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, Cancellation Policy, and the Code of Conduct. I confirm the accuracy, legality, and validity of all the information and data I have provided, without any liability on GTST or any of its employees. GTST and its employees shall not bear any responsibility for the accuracy or validity of the information I have provided.
I acknowledge that completing and applying for registration does not infer that registration will be granted to the Participant, and GSTS reserves the right to refuse an application for registration without explanation. GSTS may disclose participants' personal information to any bodies corporate, professional advisors, business partners, contractors, consultants, third-party service providers that assist GSTS with the provision or management, services or administrative requirements, and entities that may have an interest.
Disclaimer
I hereby acknowledge and agree to participate in the tournament/game/event/activities ("Event") organized by Green Space for Team Sports LLC ("GSTS"). I understand and agree to comply with all instructions and rules of GSTS, the hosting venue, and any other relevant bodies throughout the duration of the Event.
I understand, acknowledge, and am aware that participation in the Event involves many inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to:
- Injury Risks: Risks of physical injury, including sprains, strains, fractures, concussions, and other injuries.
- Weather Risks: Risks associated with adverse weather conditions, such as extreme heat, cold, or inclement weather.
- Equipment Risks: Risks associated with the use of sports equipment, including malfunction or misuse.
- General Risks: Risks associated with participation in any organized sporting event, including collisions, falls, and other unforeseen incidents.
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless GSTS, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, subcontractors, sponsors, and representatives from all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless GSTS from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to my participation in the Event, including any injury or damage caused to third parties by my actions or negligence.
I also grant consent to the use of the event's photos and videos including my image for GSTS's purposes and activities, including social media and other media. I understand and acknowledge that this application is not transferable to any other person and the application will be considered void if any other person attends the event other than the applicant.
I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and willingly signed this Disclaimer and Release of Liability.
Cancellation Policy
Participant Cancellation:
No Refund: Cancellations made before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Event Cancellation by GSTS:
If the event is canceled by GSTS, participants will be offered:
- A full refund.
- The option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date or a future event.
GSTS will notify participants of the cancellation as soon as possible via email/SMS/WhatsApp or other communication channels.
Postponement or Rescheduling:
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, participants will have the option to:
- Attend the new date.
- Receive a full refund if they cannot attend the new date.
Participants must confirm their attendance or request a refund within (6 hours) of the rescheduling announcement.
No-Show Policy:
Participants who do not attend the event without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Force Majeure:
In the event of circumstances beyond GSTS's control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), GSTS reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event. Refunds or credits will be offered at GSTS's discretion.
Code of Conduct
Always aim to foster a brotherly and enjoyable game that aligns with the GSTS mission of building a respectable sport community. Violation of these rules will result in the participant's registration being suspended for a period determined by the GSTS.
Participants are required to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone involved:
- Play area: Always maintain the safety and cleanliness of all field/playground facilities.
- Respectful Behavior: Demonstrate proper conduct and etiquette. This includes refraining from the use of vulgar language, cursing, or blasphemy.
- No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Punctuality: Adhere to scheduled arrival and departure times.
- Conflict Avoidance: Refrain from initiating, engaging in, or interfering with quarrels, conflicts, or disputes.
- Fair Play: Commit to fair play and avoid any form of aggressive interference.
- Respect for referees and Players: Demonstrate respect for referees, opponents, coaches, administrators, officials, fans, and audiences at all times. Avoid criticizing referees, players, or any other individual involved in the game.
- Substitutions: Accept substitutes during the game as determined by the match's substitution rules.
- Compliance with Game Rules: Participate in matches in strict accordance with the rules and instructions of the game.
- Spirit of the Game: Respect the spirit of the Laws of the Game, uphold fair play, and behave in a manner consistent with these principles.
- Referee Decisions: Refrain from arguing with or disputing the decisions of referees.
- Emotional Control: Maintain control over emotions, temper, and anger. Avoid verbal abuse or any behavior that provokes opponents, referees, team-mates, or coaches.
- Zero Tolerance for Violence: Do not engage in any form of violence, either on or off the field. Contribute to a safe and respectful sporting environment that embraces individual differences.
- Cooperation: Cooperate fully with coaches, teammates, GSTS employees, venue staff, and referees to promote fair play and enjoyment for all.
- Respect for Diversity: Respect the rights, dignity, and worth of all participants, regardless of gender, ability, cultural background, or religion.
- Ethical Conduct: Avoid engaging in any behavior deemed unethical, unbecoming, or harmful to the reputation of the participant, GSTS tournaments, championships, or the game itself, as determined by GSTS.
- Prohibition of Harassment, Bullying or nudity: Do not participate in any form of harassment or bullying, including by social media.
- Appropriate outfits and Equipment: Wear proper and decent outfits, boots, and equipment as required, and wear them appropriately.
- Personal Accountability: Each participant is responsible for their own actions and conduct at all times.
